The initial client consultation. It's where we start all client projects, and get to know you and your home. It's where we begin dreaming and seeing the potential to come. Depending on the level of service you choose, we will begin your project with either a discovery call, or an in person consultation. For full service clients, we provide a digital concept board within a few weeks of our initial meeting. For renovation and designer by your side clients, we work together to meet your specific project goals, and discuss next steps that best suit you.

CONSULTATIONS ARE $150 FOR 1-2 SPACES, AND $50 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SPACE. CONSULTATION FEES INCLUDE OUR TIME TO MEET WITH YOU, PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT, AND DELIVERY OF A DIGITAL CONCEPT BOARD. AVERAGE DESIGN FEES vary based on scope of work. *cost of goods, CONTRACTOR OR TRADE SERVICES, AND MATERIALS ARE additional.

Average investment:
consultations start at $250 (may be more for multi space projects). consultation fees include our time to meet with you, proposal development, renovation estimate, and delivery of a digital concept board. we bring a contractor with us whenever possible/required. average design fees vary based on scope of work. *cost of goods, contractor or trade services, and materials are additional.
What areas do you service? We offer full service design to clients within a 20 mile radius of Powell, Ohio. Not sure if we can help? Email us! We will accommodate clients outside of this area on a case by case basis.
What is the cost of a consultation and what does it include? Full Service Design Consultations are $150, due at the time of our meeting. {In person Renovation Consultations vary based on client needs.} You get our full attention for a thirty minute walkthrough of your project. Within a few weeks, we provide you a digital proposal outlining design direction and next steps.

What can I expect during the consultation? Most consultations take place in your home, when possible, so we can best visualize your space. We will discuss your project goals, style preferences, and get an idea of what will make you feel most at home! Renovation and Designer by your side services will start with a discovery call, followed up with in person meetings as required.
What is the cost of full service design and what does it include? Full service design ranges per space and is based on scope of work. We can not provide estimates without a scope of work. All design services require a 50% deposit. Design fees cover time for ideation, communication, purchasing, and staging. Design fees do not include the cost of purchased goods or other contracting services needed.
